Data Scientist
We are looking for a Data Scientist with experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or Advanced Analytics for our innovative 4IR projects.
Qualifications
Matric
BSc Computer Science /IT or similar degree an added advantage
AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning certificate or similar is highly desirable
Experience
3+ years of experience in building and architecting of production-ready AI solutions using Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Pattern Recognition (PR) and Statistical Modelling (SM)
Experience in converting convert business problems to ML problems
Experience in building DL based fast and scalable AI systems with a little tradeoff in accuracy
Hands-on experience in problem-dependent data pre-processing
Working knowledge about transfer learning
Experience in building efficient AI system with smaller datasets
Must have experience in creating and hosting scalable Restful APIs using R / Python
Understanding of the appropriate evaluation metrics for AI problems
Deep understanding of Data Structure and Algorithms
Skills
Able to work well in a team as well as individually

Able to accurately estimate effort on tasks, prioritise work and deliver to deadlines
